What Unstoppable Asset LLC does with your personal information

Rev. October 25, 2026

Why?

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

What?

Who we are

Who is providing this notice?

Unstoppable Asset LLC, an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (CRD #338072). It covers our clients and former clients, and people who start signing up at unstoppableasset.com. For an account opened for someone under 18, it covers both the account holder and the parent or guardian who is the account's custodian.

What we do

How does Unstoppable Asset collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Sign up and use our website. Your name, email, password (which we store only in scrambled, unreadable form), phone number, date of birth, employer, job title, how you work, and how much you expect to earn from work this year. For a client under 18, the name, email, phone number, and relationship of their parent or guardian. Your answers to our risk tolerance questionnaire, and the score and investment model they lead to.
  • Build your campaign page. Your photo, your savings goal, and the names and amounts of contributions you record.
  • Open and use your account. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. ("Schwab"), the custodian that holds your account, gives us your account number, balances, holdings, contributions, and transactions. It may also give us information you provide on its account forms, such as your address, Social Security number, and identification, when we need it to service your account. You type your Social Security number and bank details straight into Schwab's forms; our website never asks for them.
  • Sign in. Your IP address and the type of browser and device you use, which we keep to secure your account.

We don't get information about you from credit bureaus. Our website analytics don't use cookies or collect information that identifies you.

How does Unstoppable Asset protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We limit access to your information to our employees, and to the companies that provide services to us, who need it to serve you. Your information is encrypted when it is sent over the internet and when it is stored. We follow written policies and procedures to protect your information and to respond if it is ever accessed without permission. If your sensitive information is accessed or used without authorization, we will notify you as the law requires.

Securities laws require us to keep records about our clients, generally for at least five years. We keep and protect your information for as long as those laws require, including after you close your account.

Who does Unstoppable Asset share my personal information with?

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as the law permits, which is with:

  • Schwab, to open, fund, and maintain your account and carry out transactions in it.
  • Companies that provide services to us, such as those that host our website and data and send our emails. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Your parent or guardian, for a client under 18, since they are the account's custodian.
  • Anyone who visits your campaign page, with your consent. Your page is public, so the name, age, employer, job title, photo, savings goal, and contributions shown on it can be seen by anyone who has the link. You decide who to share the link with, and you can email us to take your page down.
  • Others when the law requires or permits, such as regulators and examiners like the SEC, our auditors and lawyers, in response to a court order, subpoena, or legal investigation, to prevent fraud, and as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes (information about your creditworthiness), affiliates using your information to market to you, and sharing with nonaffiliates so they can market to you. We don't do any of these, so there is nothing for you to limit. If that ever changes, we will send you a revised notice and a chance to opt out first. State laws may give you more rights; see below.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Unstoppable Asset has no affiliates.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Unstoppable Asset does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Unstoppable Asset doesn't jointly market.

Other important information

California and Vermont residents

We don't share your information with nonaffiliated companies except as the law permits, such as to service your account, so you don't need to do anything to keep the protections your state's law gives you. If we ever want to share in other ways, we will ask for your consent first.

Children

We open Roth IRAs for teens with earned income. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A child under 13 can't sign up themselves: a parent or guardian signs up with their own email and enters their child's details. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information without a parent, we delete it. Parents and guardians can ask to see or delete their child's information by emailing us, though we keep what securities laws require us to keep.

Our waitlist

If you join our waitlist, a form provider collects the information you enter for us. We use it only to tell you about our service.

Getting this notice

You agreed to receive this notice, and future privacy notices, electronically when you signed up. It is always available at unstoppableasset.com/privacy. To get a paper copy at no charge, email or write to us. We will tell you before we change how we share your information.
